Collagen: one 10g scoop stirred into coffee, tea or water. Ceramides: two capsules, with or without food. Menopause Support: two capsules with a meal and a full glass of water. Astaxanthin: one softgel. The Skin Duo is the scoop and the two ceramides capsules together.

Keep it next to something you already do every morning — the kettle, the coffee machine.
Every day
What's going in
Collagen: 4,500mg of marine peptides and 100mg of vitamin C, the nutrient the body needs to form its own collagen.* Ceramides: 840mg of plant ceramide complex. Menopause Support: ten actives, including 20mcg of vitamin D3 — 100% of the daily value. Astaxanthin: 12mg, from microalgae.
What to do
Take the serving on the label and no more. Menopause Support: never more than two capsules a day.
Day 30
The first pack runs out
Collagen, ceramides and Menopause Support each last exactly 30 days, so the Skin Duo's tub and bottle run out together. Astaxanthin lasts 180 days. On a subscription the next order is prepared on your renewal date and ships on the schedule you picked, at the subscription price.
