It renews until you stop it

A FNDRY subscription is an automatically renewing order. When you subscribe, you're agreeing that we may charge your payment method on a repeating schedule, at the price shown, until you cancel. There is no fixed term and no minimum number of orders.

You can cancel at any time, yourself, from your account — in about the number of clicks it took to start. Cancelling before your next renewal date stops the next charge.

Before you pay, checkout shows you the subscription price, the delivery interval, and that the order renews automatically until cancelled. Completing that checkout is your consent to those terms, and it is consent to the subscription specifically — not something bundled into a general agreement further down the page.

We'll email you a confirmation straight afterwards setting out what you subscribed to, what it costs, how often it comes, when the next order is, and how to cancel it. Keep it; it's the record of what you agreed to.

Cancelling is online, self-serve, and available in the same place and by the same method you used to subscribe. There is no phone call, no retention sequence, no offer you have to decline more than once, and no requirement to give a reason.

Skip a delivery, delay the next one, change the interval, swap the product, or update your address and payment method — all from the same screen, all effective from the next order. If you're skipping most months, the interval is wrong; change it rather than fighting it.

Pausing is available too, and it keeps your subscription price when you come back.

Every message below includes a direct link to manage or cancel the subscription. None of them requires you to reply to us or call anyone.

We charge the payment method saved on the subscription, on each renewal date, for the subscription price then in force plus delivery and any tax due. Your subscription price doesn't change without advance notice.

If a charge fails — an expired card is the usual reason — we'll tell you and try again over the following days. If it still can't be taken, we'll pause the subscription rather than keep retrying indefinitely, and nothing ships until it's settled.

Promotional pricing applies for the period stated in the promotion. When it ends, the standard subscription price applies, and we'll tell you before it does.

A subscription order is treated exactly like any other order once it has shipped, under the returns and refunds terms.

If an order was charged after you cancelled, or after you asked us to cancel, tell us and we'll refund it. That's a mistake on our side, not a returns question.

We may cancel or decline a subscription — if a product is discontinued or reformulated, if we can't deliver to your address, if payment repeatedly fails, or if an account is being used in a way that breaks our terms.

If we do, we'll tell you, we won't charge you for anything we haven't sent, and we'll refund anything already charged for an order that won't now arrive.

Some US states give subscribers additional rights on automatically renewing plans. Nothing in these terms limits them, and where a state requires more than we describe above, the state's requirement applies.

California. If you're a California resident, you may cancel online, at any time, by the same method you used to enrol, and any renewal reminder we send you will include a link or other electronic method to cancel — not just instructions to follow.

Massachusetts. If you're a Massachusetts resident, the disclosures above are provided before you're charged and the cancellation route is the online one described in "Cancelling".

Wherever you live: if your cancellation route ever turns out to be harder than your sign-up route was, that's a fault. Report it to us and we'll fix it.

Ask us. If something here is unclear, that's a problem with the writing rather than with you — and it's worth telling us, because these terms are meant to be read by the person agreeing to them.
