Subscriptions

Yours to change or leave

Skip it, move it, swap it, pause it or stop it — all from your own account, and all in about the number of clicks it took to start.

The short version

Everything is self-serve. Skip a delivery, push the next one back, change how often it comes, swap the product, update the card, pause it, or cancel outright — all of it from your own account, none of it needing us.

Cancelling takes about the same handful of clicks that signing up did. That's deliberate, and it's written into the subscription terms so it isn't just a nice thing we say.

What you can change

All of it, at any point before the next order is prepared. After that it's a shipped order and the returns page takes over.

Skip a delivery
Misses the next one and leaves the schedule alone after that.Use it when you're still working through the last tub.
Delay the next one
Moves the date without skipping the order.Better than skipping if you're going away rather than running ahead.
Change how often it comes
Pick a new interval and every future order follows it.If you're skipping most months, the interval is wrong — change it rather than fighting it.
Swap the product
Change what's in the subscription without starting a new one.
Update address or payment
Applies to every delivery from then on, not just the next one.An expired card is the most common reason an order silently fails.
Pause or cancel
Immediately, and without talking to anybody. No retention flow, no offer to turn down three times.

How to get there

Everything lives in your account. If you ordered as a guest, use the same email address to sign in — the subscription is attached to the address, not to a password you may never have set.

  1. Sign in

Use the email address the subscription confirmation was sent to. There's no password to remember — you're sent a code each time.

  2. Open your subscriptions

You'll see each one listed with what's in it, how often it comes, and the date of the next order.

  3. Change what you need to

Skip, delay, swap, pause or cancel from that screen. Changes apply from the next order onward and take effect straight away.

Make the change before the renewal date

Once an order has been prepared it can't be skipped or cancelled — at that point it's a parcel, not a schedule. Your renewal date is on the subscription screen, and it's worth knowing it rather than discovering it.

When you're charged

Each order is charged when it's prepared, at the price shown on your subscription — you're never paying a year up front, and there's no prepaid plan hiding behind the discount.

The subscription discount applies to every recurring order, not just the first. If a charge doesn't look right, send us the date and the amount and we'll go and look at the actual order rather than the general case.

What happens when you cancel

It stops. No further charges, no further deliveries, and no last order that sneaks through afterwards. Anything already prepared still ships, and the returns page covers that one.

You keep your account and your order history, and you can start again later without any of it counting against you.

Worth knowing before you cancel

If you're stopping because you've got ahead of yourself, skipping or lengthening the interval keeps the discount and stops the tubs piling up. If you're stopping because it isn't working, we'd genuinely rather hear why — that's more useful to us than the order was.

If you can't get in

Sign-in codes go to the email address on the subscription, so if you've changed address or lost access to the old one, the code goes somewhere you can't reach. Tell us and we'll move it.

And if you'd rather we just cancelled it for you, say that. We'll do it and confirm in writing — no questions, no counter-offer.

Rather we did it for you?

Ask, and we will — including cancelling. You'll get it in writing, and nobody will try to talk you out of it on the way past.
